worm like things?

    any idea what these are? they are stationary, but kind of came out of nowhere in the last couple of days. I thought at first they were just dead stuff at live rock, but they seem to be multiplying. thanks for the help

    pic is a bit blurry but it kinda looks like brittle star legs, are they coming out of the rock or are they on them?

    are they squishy or hard?

    do they move around at all?

    whay color are they?

    are they just in one spot or are they all over?

    They appear to be on top of the rock. They seem to be hard, but they're so small it difficult to tell. I haven't seen them move. They are a dingy yellow, and so far this is the only spot I've seen it.

    here another pic- not sure if it will come out better. they seem fine when they're smaller;)

    yea that is a better pic they might be feather duster tubes very common but dont hold me to that.
