    Urchins of any kind are known as the bulldozers of the sea. They can and will move rocks 100's of times their weight. They are great Algae eaters though, will clean a rock bare of all kinds of algae including Coraline.

    I have 2 Black or rock urchins in my seahorse tank, shortly after I got them they knocked over a rock that I had epoxied obviously not well and pinned one of my horses under it. Needless to say I pulled all my rock work out of the tank and used plexi glass rods to secure it all and it has not happened again.

    Pretty much, I haven't had an issue with mine doing anything of the sort so far. But its only been a few days :)

    I want a new camera for Chrismas, already trying to prepare hubby. I figure I will put the blame on wanting a better camera because we are expecting our first grandchild and you know we have to take lots of pictures of him... LOL:lol:
