Can someone give me some idea on how to get a sebae to adhere to a rock?

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
It's not going to want to adhere to a rock. A Sebae will want the base of rock right at the sand level. They are not like BTA's that like it up in the rock work.

Dig a shallow depression in the sand in a low flow area place the anemone there.

Sebaes are famously hard to acclimate. A free floating Sebae is a bad sign.

    Good Luck
