    driving the motorcycle will help you lose weight to.i traded soda for flavored water and crystal light and lost 15 pounds in a month without doing any other changes.next thing i got rid of were french fries.

    57 pds so far.... Took a little break, but the good thing was I maintained my weight.. Back in the saddle now...

    That's insane. I'd weigh 90 if I lost 57 lb's.
    EDIT: Apparently you didn't need luck with the "weight loss". Must have been something associated with it. Like freaking out or something.

    LMAO.... Each of my legs weigh 90 pounds.... I was 200 in the 7th grade... 280 as a senior.... 320 at 22 yrs old, but I was a different beast then.. Benching 480 pds and squatting 550 pds.. Oh how we remember the past...

    ahhhggg, man in high school i was only benching half that and squatting half that...but funny thing is, now i try benching and i can barely put up 150 10 times...

    thanks man... I regret always lifting heavy weights... My elbows and knees are paying for it now.... When I start back at the gym it will be low weights and high reps for me...
