will this be ok for 180 litre/40 gal marine tank?

    i would like to run it with a fluval 205 external filter
    a Red Sea Prizm Protein Skimmer hang on
    2 powerheads
    a 200 watt heater

    will all this be ok?
    i dont want to have a sump so can i sucsessfully run the tank with this stuff?

    i will be adding live rock,fish and inverts in the tank.

    Just my opinoin but there are better skimmers out there for the same cost as the red sea prizm, if not cheaper!
