will this be enough

    I am setting up a 10 gallon tank and I plan to put LED on it the spec on the LED am looking at is

    1 watt HQ LEDs
    6x 10,000K LED
    3x Actinic 460nm LED


    a little bit of everything will be in and out of this tank, from shroom to birds nest

    yea the 3x Actinic 460nm will be the blues. unless am not understanding the questions.

    Can you provide a link to these? But IMO, that's gonna be WHITE. I'd do more along the lines of 6 blues and 4 whites.

    How many of these are you looking to purchase? One guy put two over his BC29, but I don't see how it will be able to grow SPS or have high PAR values on the sand.

    usually the suggested is 2:1 blues:whites

    sorry, I'm not really seeing how this would be enough for a birds nest or other high light coral, plus I think its going to be way to WHITE and the colors won't look that good.

    it’s going to be a hospital tank. Right now I don’t have a birds nest to put in there that needs caring for, what will go in the tank right now is a pineapple. So I am looking for a light that can do intense coral but doesn’t really have to because right now I don’t have anything that intense. It all falls down to if the price is right.
