Will my condylactis pink tip host this skunk clown I just bought?

I just bought a pink skunk clown and it was paired with an anemone (similar condylactis, not a pink-tip) in the store. I ask the girl if my anemone might host it and she said yes (with much confidence). The anemone in my tank tried touching it and the tentacles keep sticking slightly.

My question is, are these to things even stand a chance or did I get bamboozled?

It has always been my understanding that Condy's will not host any kind of clown-fish.

It can. No, it does not happen in nature. But that doesnt mean by a longshot that the clown won't host it. Do clowns in nature host powerheads, heaters, or mag-floats? Of course not, but it does happen in the aquarium ;) PharmrJohn is one member here who had a clown hosting a condy. If the clown is already investigating it, I say chances are good something will happen.
Clowns will host whatever the heck they please. Mine live in a patch of zoa's.
