Hi guys I have a 75 gallon fowlr tank and today like an idiot i snapped the air valve off of my skimmer, I used regular hardware store epoxy to fix the plastic parts. I am wondering if this could kill my fish, I didn't use very much glue and the system is 100 gallons total so it would be very diluted.

I dont think epoxy will harm your fish after it cures. I used it several times with my freshwater tank. I may be wrong but I would have done the same as you.

I don't think there will be a problem. Just make sure no epoxy is blocking any air flow as it will affect your skimmer significantly

I think you'll be fine. Aquatic companies sell epoxy for the specific purposes of ataching coral to rock-work.

Make sure it is fully cured, I would wait atleast 24hrs before putting it in my system and honestly would probably soak it in FW or a vinegar bath before putting it in my reef, but for FOWLR I'd think its probably fine with just a full cure (check product directions it should state length).
