    Hello everyone,

I've tried to find silversides for a long time, since it helps improve health of sea anemones. Although i cant find any frozen silversides in my area, so i got to do something else. I can buy frozen sardines in the supermarket, but i just dont know if its okay to feed anemones with them. They look alot like silversides, and should have lots of proteins just like silversides. They are sometimes a little bigger, but you can always just chop them into small pieces. So my question is: Is it okay to feed sea anemones with sardines?

im assuming this is for your sabea. sure try and feed small quantities but dont over do it! that will give it the final blow to kill it off if you over feed. anemones are photosynthetic creatures, most of their building blocks are obtained from light.
