Urgent Wierd fluffy thing

    Hi there forum im new here and iv been searching for hours of what this could be on my new live rock. The only thing i have found is that its dangerouse to fish and i need to remove it but i dont want to remove it without seeing what you guys think first because if it is a coral or polyp of some kind then great as iv hade no luck with any yet :(

    It does seem to be on just this one rock yes. This is my new piece i bought that is already fully cycled. It just looks to wierd to be good :-/​

    I would just remove it.

    Looks like it could be many things but possibly just an old dead pieces of green hair algae that has lost it's color. It's not something that I would have a second thought about removing.

    If you get more let us know.
