Wich fish feeder?

What good automatic fish feeder can dispense like frozen food like frozen mysis and also a programing system for like three times a day?

I do not know of any which use frozen food without the food spoiling, most food dispensers are for dried foods like pellets.

 

what happens if you put it in there frozen then by the time it despenses it would not be frozen?

 

not unless it is dispensed within about 5 minutes otherwise it will start defrosting and be messy.

I feed flake food in the morning, thawed frozen food in the afternoon when I get home from work and then pellets in the evening, if you wanted you could put the flakes and pellets in a feeder to dispense during the day then feed thawed frozen when you get home in the evening.
