    If he is stuck in the hole squirting him with fresh water is just going to kill him. I doubt he is stuck in the rock. These creatures have evolved over millions of years to squeeze in and out of rocks. If he got in he can get out.

    ditto. i had a brittle star the size of my hand squeeze through the guard on my Koralia. they can get in and out of some crazy places. the only time i see mine is his arms when i broad feed my tank.

    Yep what everyone else has said. They are squishy boneless creatures. If he got in, he can get out. Maybe he's just gotta get used to his tank :) Or get hungry anyways haha. Normally when they're full of food and found a nice hidey hole, they ain't coming out for a while ;)
