    I think a mix on a timer/dimmer would be great. Starting with more blue then getting brighter towards the full moon phase when it'd be the brightest and more white, then phasing back to blue based light and far dimmer and perhaps dark in the new moon phase.

    For my preference I like the flourescence the blue gives to my corals that flouresce. But I can immagine that the white would be cool as well. So the mixing and phaseing would be kinda the best of both as well as being a more natural lighting scheme for my quatic pets.
