I bought like 20 lbs of live rock from lfs. It was the cultured kind and well I have been cycling my tank. I believe it is fully cycled now. But as of the past week I have noticed white spot on 2 pieces of rock. All of my parameters are good. what are these?

Small white spirals? If they are they are a little fan worm. Some say beneficial, I say "all over my rocks and powerheads, grr" lol. They're hard to clean off the glass, but completely unavoidable IMO.

So what happens when the live rock starts turning white during cycling? Is this a normal cycle with a new tank along with brown algae? With the white go away on the rocks? I know the brown algae will. Thanks
