I have seen these on my fish...Tangs, Clowns, Rabbit. They come and go. Never have been a problem. As long as they are acting ok, it will probably pass...Dont over react and start medicating.

I purchased a Perc from my LFS yesterday and have a single white dot (smaller than the spot in the OP's pic). I am concerned. He is eating and is VERY active....the fish swims around the tank like a maniac 24/7 and never stops to take a breather. Looks very healthy...just a single tiny white dot on the back of his one side. Any ideas?
