White specs

I stole the picture from Google Images. But it is a very good one. We had hydroids EVERYWHERE on our glass. We would take the mag float and battle those guys 3 times a day and they would always come back. Eventually, the just disappeared forever. We were glad to have them gone haha.

 

I will try a picture this afternoon. But they are tiny specs not like the picture below. I clean the glass and they come right back.

 

Tiny specs like that? I mean TINY tiny tiny specs. It sounds like pods to me.

Sounds like you have the same problem. They are good for your tank

 

I will take a picture this afternoon and post, it will most likey be an angle shot to try and get them. I mean itsy bitsy teeney weeney suckers! Glass should have a good amount by the time I get home.

Scubba steve i just read through your thread made I need to take a closer look but all I can see is a spec no spiral. I will take a much closer look this evening.

 

Yea, i had to get a magnifying glass to determine what mine was.

Alright I am unable to get a picture of what is on my glass and I gave myself a headache looking. I am 44 and the eyes arent what they were last year. So I asked my bride 21 <--ha ha she really is 37. She says that they look like stars and not swirly? I guess my next stop is reading glasses

 

Then perhaps she should see this thread and view the hydroids photo. She can give her opinion on whether that's the source of speck.
