white dots

    I have white spots on my tank glass is this due to supplementing ca? is this something to be worried about? I bought the seachem reef status test and it confirms my american pharms readings it was 350ppm on friday I have to test again tomorrow.

    Are you sure it's calcium deposits and not feather duster worms?

    Do the white dots look like they are spirals? The calcium will do that to your glass.

    White dots in the shape of a spiral would indicate feather duster worms, to me.

    no they aren't a body and don't move I no exactly what you are talking about. this looks like coraline spots just white.
