OK. Tank has been operating for about a month. Been taking alot of advice from this site. I have these miniscule white bug things on the glass. Should i be concerned or are they normal?

Do a search for copepods and see if that is what you have. They are a very small but beneficial element in SW tanks. They cleanup stuff that is left behind and basically everything eats them.

YUp, I had a bloom of those buggers.. they are everywhere. I am about to need a fish that eats them to control the population. I have large ones and small ones..

copepods, great food for your tanks and the larva from these is food for the corals. Every tanks has them just some see them more than others. They eat off of phytoplankton so I bet you are seeing them on spots on the glass that might be a little bit more dirty than others. They will hang around in the live rock or but in algae as well. HTH
