I love my 175s. I do however use t5 supplements.

What are your plans for the tank?

or you can go balls to the wall. cannibalize both fixtures and retrofit a canopy for one sweeeeet setup. Really.... thats what I'd do.

Its really not all that hard...... takes some thinking and well planning. Would have an end result with some awesome lighting especially for your 90 gallon. I modified my fixture. Replaced sockets all wiring and ballast to have 250w de mh instead of 150's.

I was gonna cannibalize my fixture and retrofit it into a canopy but dicided not to.
