    Which is better...

To feed less nutritious food often then more nutritous less often....?

    Cyclopeeze dried .25 gram 4 x a day or...
    Cyclopeeze frozen 1 gram ( 1 x a day)

My understanding is that frozen is much better then freeze dried but at the end of the day I'm certain metabolism plays a significant role in live stocks health. Having steady lower quantities imo might be better. Any feedback would be appreciated

    Second question....

Would I extract more (as a human or fish) from eating 3 balanced meals per day or would it be best if I ate protein for breakfast, carb for lunch, a greens for diner? Essentially what I'm looking to get answered is when you provide your livestock with "balanced meals" do you balance over a feeding, day or week?

to your second question...i feed my tank a mash, has clams, oysters, fish roe, selcon, garlic, nori, halibut, cod, salmon, mauhi mauhi, shrimp, muscles, dried cyclopeeze, some spectrum pellets all mixed together and i freeze it in ziplocs flat,,,, when im ready to feed, just take the ziploc out and break off a corner and let it thaw in a shot glass, ill usually spray some selcon on it while its thawing also

I would feed more nutritious food, less often (opposed to the other way around). No sense in over-feeding or feeding low-quality food.

But no more than once per day unless you have some special fish/coral which requires so.

You can also freeze it in a ball and use a cheese grater. Just grate off what you need and thaw.
