    Hello,

    I have a 75g tank with 4x48inch T5 lights (Nova Extreme).

    The dimensions are: 48Length x 21Height x 18Width.

Which corals do you think would be possible to keep in that kind of setup?

    Thanks!

Any and every! But the more light demanding corals should not be placed on the sandbed!

I would limit yourself a little more. You should be fine with most soft corals, I would keep lps at least in the middle of the tank, however, I would be a little more wary on sps. You will probably be able to keep some easy ones, like montis, but you most likely won't get their best color out of them.
