Hey guys. Building a DIY lighting fixture here for 8gal SPS and I need some opinions.

How many of each color should I use? This will probably be going over a JBJ 8 gal tank. 11.8 x 13.77 x 13.77. Going off rapidled.com's advice I will need 9 LEDs for this tank. I will probably do 12 though as I can do this with 2 LDDs and a 24v 2amp power supply and dim them if need be.

So what color combinations would you suggest?

I'm currently thinking 6 royal blue, 5 blue, 3 cyan, 3 neutral white, 2 cool white, 2 uv, and 3 deep red.

Change of plans. Swapping the 3 red, for greens, and going with 3 cw and 2 nw

Oh forgot to mention I decided to go with my old 20 long, instead of buying a new tank.
