Which bulb combo should I use?

I have been running 2 12,000K and 2 actinic bulbs in my 4x54w setup. This week I got an extra light fixture to put over it that has another 4 bulbs. Someone suggested that I not run all 8 since all of my coral are softies which is fine by me. I'm only going to run 2 in the newer fixture but was wondering which type to use. Should I keep the current 1:1 ratio of 12000k and Actinic or run just 2 Actinics in it bringing the total to 4 Actinics and 2 12000k bulbs? This lighting thing baffles me.
