    Guys shuild i poot my frag of pom pom xenia on a lower rock at the bottom of the tank cuz my lighting is rly strong i got a long 55 gallon tank with two 250w MH's, 2 T5'S, 2 Actenics i thot maybie it woad hurt him if he was to high and how much flow do xenia need isnt it medium to strong?

    they like good flow
    and if you put it up top right away it might get burned so i would keep it lower and slowly move it up if you want it higher
