When should I add macro?

    My tank is three quarters through it's cycle. A friend has offered me a good amount of chaeto, some other macros, and 5 mangroves. Would their be anything wrong with adding it now?

    I added my macro's once I saw the nitrites drop & the nitrates start to come up.
