I have been dosing Instant Ocean Calcium Booster, thing is I dosed a lot last night and after testing now, my Ca readinga are still the same..

Should I remove activated Carbon when dosing? Should I turn off the protein skimmer? Do those affect absorption of Ca mixtures to the water?

My Alk is currently at 10dkh, and has been for days without depleting. Magnesium I haven't tested yet.

    Thanks.

You will want to test your Mg, if it is too low your Ca will not stay in suspension and precipitate out.

I just finished testing Mg. It's 1260. Is that too low?

That is OK right about natural sea water average. Bumping it up to 1350 will create a steadier Ca number.

Just in case it can, my temp is 27-29 degrees Celscius.

No temp shouldn't affect those parameters
