When do you feed your corals?

Just wondering if folks add food to their tank just before lights out or even after lights out for their corals?

 

nope i dont belive in feeding corals

Roger feeds ours shortly after the metal halides go off while the VHOs are still on.

 

I will usually spot feed some of my corals after lights out, this is when I see a lot of the feeder tentacles coming out. I only do this once a week or so.

 

I do mine right before the actinics go out. perfect timing cause its right before bed time.

 

After lights go out I target feed all my lpsc's two times a week

 

Yes. Rigth before, or after lights out. Total lights out. I don't target feed though. I just figure they don't get target fed in the ocean and they seem to do OK.

I target feed most everything an hour after i turn on the lights and I also target feed an hour after the lights go off depending on what corals are what though i feed the blueberry gorgonian 3x a day with roti feast
