    Sort of, not all spikes do something, some do nothing at all. The only way to find out is trying the different spikes. We know 450 and 420nm is the grow spectrum, the colors are not fully understood, however certain reds, greens, violets, etc. have been proven to improve coloration

    I like the bridgelux 420's. The 460's seem to blend in with the blues to be unnoticeable. 420's seem to make more colors fluoresce.

    460s are royal blues, at the high end of the royal blue spectrum. Violets are 430 and below.
