    My torch went from this:

    To this after 2 weeks of being in the tank:

    What's going on here? Is it healthy? :confused:

    does it always look all curled up like that? Mine looks like that after i feed it. weird.

    maybee to much flow? is it reciving direct current?

    mine looked like that when it was in too much light so i moved it to med flow and med light.

    The flow looks pretty normal... definitely not too much. He is way up there near the light, maybe I should move him?

    just try to keep it in the lowest flow possible. They like the water darn near stagnant

    Near stagnant. Agreed. My torch looks a ton better since following this advise. It was hard for me to get the flow stagnant around it as I'm running around 50x turnover, but i found a way. My torch's tentacles barely move in current now.

    I have it a few inches from water line under T5's, FYI.



    You sure it's "definitely"?

    T5s. Ill try to get the water stagnant for him. Whats the light conditions for him like?
