I would say until you can't smell the silicone curing any more.

Love the butane torch idea.

 

unless they make a under water torch I dont think that will be an option of course they attach themselves to the main base rock not something easy to remove and I am really regretting not giving my self front access to my tank I built in the wall.

 

Lol nope it won't! They make under water welders but kinda guessing they're not reef safe

But for others, this little $5 torch works great and the flame is small
