What's the best food to feed a long nose yellow butterfly fish and how often?

I just got my Long nose yellow butterfly fish yesterday.

I saw it eat PE mysis at the LFS and I am currently feeding it that food. He doesnt' have a very big mouth and eats some of the mysis I offer him, but PE mysis does seem a bit big for him.

Any suggestions for feeding? Should I just stick with PE or try something smaller.

I've heard Rod's is good food. I'm strongly considering it. But, I've read that it is so rich, I must be careful with how much and how often I feed it so as not to pollute the tank.

What do you suggest?

I have 2 false percs, 1 hippo tang (that hides a lot), 1 chromis viridis and a 4" TL long nose butterfly fish. They are in a fowlr 45g long tank. I also have 12 mushrooms on my LR.

 

I like using cyclp eeze for butterfly fish they love it but its not enough to sustain them for a lifetime. You can continue the mysis and just use the rods and/or the cyclp eeze as a supplement.

 

Siddique Right mysis and cyclp eeze also use selcon if you can.
