I had to make a trip to Petco for an API Master Test Kit today (which I got for $25 instead of $40 due to their price matching policy). I saw something on a rock in one of their tanks and wondered what it was. This isn't the best photo but can anyone tell? I'm referring to the anemone on top.

    Thanks.

I apologize for the awful phone pic. I have an Aiptasia on one of my rocks that I need to get rid of, but this didn't look the same. This one was approx. 1/2" tall and yellowish in color. Have to Google Majano as I am not familiar with that.

polyps all though they don't look like either majano or aptasia from the picture. look up those two things if they turn out to be what they are remove them.

I thought most likely polyps but since you asked anemone I figured you had the best idea.

This was a piece of rock at a Petco store not at my house. I already have 1 tiny
Aptasia to get rid of, I don't need more.

Was just curious about the rock growth in the pic I took, because the only other things growing there was algae.

Well to me it looked like an anemone but I'm still new to the SW game. Don't take my word on anything, hahaha.

the only thing I have ever seen on petco rock is algae and dead fish, doesn't look like either to me so I would just be guessing on polyps

They look like button polyps to me. They look very healthy from the pic, but as you mention--with the pic's quality, it could be something else.
