Unresolved Whats on my coral?

Hard to tell from the pics...but maybe a micro bubble?

 

It looks like twigs in the back, idk if thats normal or not?

 

That's the skeleton. It's visible because the tissue died there.

 

Should I do anything? I took the coral off the frag plug a couple weeks ago.

 

Where is it placed in the tank? Very low or on the sand I hope.

 

Its on a piece of rock in the middle of the tank. My tank is 32" high.

 

Lower it. Looks burnt to me. Acan's don't need much light.

 

If I lower it's going to have sand all over it. It's not fun reaching down in a 32" tall tank
