I may be wrong but any brand preferably the lage pellet form. The ones that look like Koi Pellets or pond sticks.
Lowering your phosphates may also help

You look like you have yellow water, Carbon is def a must have here to clean that up! Phosphate level of 10 is extremely high for any tank with coral in it. You need to work on reducing them with a phosphate remover of some sort, even better a phosphate reactor. As far as i am aware carbon does not reduce phosphates.

    Good Luck

Carbon will more then help the tank man its yellow looking for sure , But it will not fix the algae problem .. What is the Carbonate and Ca levels and nitrates and Phosphates setting at ?

Black diamond is good But it was not the lights that caused this and again the carbon will not fix the problem PO4's at 10 are way off the charts thats 95% of your problem and I would be NO3 are also high . these and PO4 are great fertilizer .

Do you run Carbon? I don't believe yellow water is related to Nitrates and Phosphates.

Carbon is not the solution to your question. The best course of action based on what I see and you have posted so far is dilution. Namely,to increase the quantity and frequency of your water changes. Once you improve the water quality then add some carbon and phosguard to remove pollutants (yellow) and phosphates (food for algae). Hair algae by itself is not a bad thing as it provides an export route for the excess nutrients. Harvest some and you are removing nutrients.

Algae mainly needs 3 things to grow successfully:
    Light
    nitrates
    phosphates

If you remove 1 it will disappear.
