What would you do?

    I watch this show Friday nights called "What Would You Do?" It's a hidden camera show putting people in various situations to see if they are good samaritans.

    If you were at your LFS, the one you often visit, and you saw a new person in the hobby obviously getting taken by the clerk working would you step in to help the person?

    By taken I mean the clerk selling something that obviously wasn't healthy or upselling a person trying to get them to buy more than their tank can handle. Would you step in a call the LFS out or let it be because it's none of your business and you know the LFS has to make money to stay open?

    What would it take for you to step in and help a guy who obviously is just starting the hobby but your advice would contradict what the LFS guy is saying?

    I've done it at a petco. I think it was a niger trigger (the guy had a 29 or something of similar size).
