I have a TON of them in the fuge growing on the LR and everything else in site. The are completely GONE in the display tank after about a year of Aptasia X and 7 peppermint shrimp.
The ones in the sump (fuge) seem to be spreading quick within but not hurting anything I guess? I'm just picturing one of them somehow sporing off and spreading into the display one day.... or will the peps eat it before it could ever grow anyway?

They release planulae as a form of reproduction. Especially when they are threatened. Chances are your DT will become re-infested unless you take the fuge offline long enough to thoroughly clean it.

Can you throw some of the peps in the sump? Without feeding them down there they should work on the aptasia.

There getting pretty big and I think the peps will only eat them when they are small.
I am thinking if I leave the sump alone its almost safer then messing with it.
Unless like stated above, I disonnect it and do a nuke of the whole sump. There's a few (maybe 15-20 lbs) of LR in it though. But I really don't need it.

How much LR? I'd probably be tempted to nuke it to keep it out of the display. If it was in the display, then that's another story, but a fuge is typically more disposable I guess.

Well 15-20lbs is a fair amount. You could instead, QT it in another tank. I'd still be tempted to take it offline though as is.

There's like 120-150 in the main 90 gallon tank so it shouldn't effect it right?

No, should be fine. If your worried you could remove ambit at a time, but 120+ should be plenty for a 90g...
