    Sounds like more people are using it then I thought. I think Ill just use it all the time too. I can definately see a big difference in my water after a day and a half. Thank you for the imput everyone.

    I run carbon 24/7 on an upflow tray in my sump. I use 3 smaller white micro mesh bags loose filled and loose placed so water flows through them good. I rotate them out one bag each water change monthly with a freshy. I recently added a 4th bag for phosphate help.
