what to feed

Been feeding my tank frozen brine shrimp and looking to change it up. Anyone got suggestions as to what food i should use? I have a clown, anthias, manderin dragon, and three damsels. Also i was reading brine shrimp has no nutritional value for fish, that true?

 

most wil lconsider brine the potato chip of the ocean. lol. get mysis, better nutritional value in regards to shrimp feedings

I use Rod's Food. My whole tank loves this stuff tho I do also add some spirulina flakes for the flame angel.

 

for most of the tank i would feed mysis but for the i would feed cyclops and brine shrimp has no nutritional value exept for when it has added spirulana algea
