What the heck is this?

I noticed today that my ocellaris has some kind of lesion on it. Seems to be doing well despite how bad it looks. Right after I noticed this on my clown this morning I saw a different mark on my Hepatus Tang. I'm not sure if they're related so I included both in the same thread.





And now for the Hepatus. Smaller and harder to see but it has a round circle right underneath its smaller black stripe.



I'd appreciate any inputs on what these are and what, if anything, should be done about it.

Looks like abrasions. Are they still eating?

Yeah. They're eating fine. If the good side is turned away you would never know there was a problem.

 

Definitely sounds like abrasions then. Get some garlic and vitamins in there diet if you dont already and they should heal up in no time.
