It is a dry heat, yeah right !
78-80, my tanks always ran warm, unless I had a chiller then 76-78.

It seems easier for me to keep 78 than 76 during the summer so i keep mine at 78 all year

I've been keeping my two tanks at 80. I may try for 78 on the new tank.

78-79 might bring it down to 77

    I guess I'm the oddball?

My tank tops off at about 77 during the day in winter. When I wake up in the morning, it runs at about 74 around 7am - so I don't even know what temp it is at night when we turn the heat off downstairs.

In the summertime, it ran about 80 midday and 75 at night.
