What should I replace my 150watt mh with?

    Im currently in the process of setting up my 24 gallon aquapod...and it is currently being lit my a 150 watt mh fixture with t5s for supplements..but I was thinking about going led downthe road and I want to go with a par bulb like from boostled or rapidled or some other company ..Do you guys have any suggestions for lighting my tank with leds?

    IMO do a DIY fixture, LEDgroupbuy would work great. They also just came out with a full spectrum multichip led.

    What about a solderless diy? It wouldn't be hard and ledgroupbuy made some new products to make the build seem sleeker.
    Just because there aren't many options. Have you checked out PAR38 bulbs? reefbreeders makes great ones.

    AI hydra's are not that good IMO, not much of an improvement over the SOL.

    I have had this led light for one year.. I really need to post some pics of corals. I had a Blue milli near complete die off due to urchin knocking it behind rocks and so on.. Remounted coral under the Led's and basicaly said it will live or Die trying. now its going nuts and about 5 inch x 6 inch in a matter of 6 months. again i Understand "No pic's It didnt happen"..
