Basement! Wife didn't think i could do first tank without a flood or two. As usual - she was right. Now the kids and I end up hanging out in the basement with the tank...

In my finished basement tucked into its own area out of the way but right in the middle of "MY" hangout I can sit and watch TV or play Xbox and turn my head slightly to see all the action in the tank. Plus constantly check "something" on the tank.

I have a freshwater planted tank in the front living room to give the glow for the neighbors to enjoy. You get to enjoy it on the way in. When you go to the family room you see my sons 24 Nano and my 90 gallon. I will soon be installing the 270 stored in the garage as a room divider between the kitchen where we can eat and watch and the family room where we spend our time. It is also nice that it will be on a slab so there will be no weight issues.
