    Around 7 neutral, although your meter will have a hard time reading accurately because of the lack of buffering capability in the water.

    It will be close to 7 but you cannot measure it since there are too few ions to register well. The pH really isn't important since the RO/DI quickly takes on the characteristics of whatever you add it to or add to it. Really no need to buffer or anything. It will not affect the pH of your tank when added in normal quantities for top off and will assume the pH of a salt mix when used for water changes.
