i have a DIY led fixture from Rapid led, and its 10 blue 10 white and a UV led stunner strip i want to add more spectrum to it for coral, i was thinking something like 2 red/orange, 2 green and 2 cyan and and then 3 more blue a 1 more white also wanted to put 80degree optics on them.

i currently run my blue leds at 40% and my white at 25% is that ok to?

does this sound like a good add to the led fixture?

this is for a 29 gallon tank right now, with no coral or fish as of yet

Usually a 2:1 ratio of RB:NW is used, for "full" spectrum TV (Not UV), cyan, deep red, cool blue, and sometimes hyperviolet are used. Use 3UP stars for the cyan, DR, and CB. I'm not sure about how much space you have.
