    I can see coralline, GHA and cyano on that live rock.

    The little brushes on the rock is the GHA :)

    so when i get my sump running the fuge should get rid of most of the algae correct?

    If you include chaeto and any of the other usual suspects found in a fuge then it will reduce nutrients in your system and algae in your DT.

    Either GHA or Bryopsis.
