    Need a picture that is in focus on the object in question.

    Cannot determine anything from this pic other than the fact that you have macroalgae.

    Even though it's a blurry pic, it has the shape of an aiptasia or majano anemone. Both are bad since they can spread like a wild fire and take over tanks.

    A better pic as requested, focusing on the object to be ID'ed would help a lot though.
