    What is the effect of inc. to 1.026 or decreasing to 1.021 salinity on fishes ?
    with another words ... what the effect on fishes and tank at all , if salinity
    1.021 or 1.026 SG ...

    1.021 should not have any effect on fish, good or bad. They are good osmoregulators and can handle it. I guess a benefit would be you'd save about 19% on the cost of salt. Salinity that low however will slowly kill many corals and inverts, as they are much more sensitive to salinity levels.
