    Not for a corner tank like this. I have put a couple of these systems together and I'll say that a MH pendant is the best bet for lighting it front to back and not missing anything. With the 150 watt sundial, ur not going to deal with heat that badly anyway.

    I think you will be happy with it. That's the only problem with corner tanks in my opinion. They are so hard to light.

    BTW I'm running a 150 watt MH over my 16 gallon nano with no heat issues at all
