    Sorry for my ignorance, but I hear silver sides all the time but I don't know what people are referring to.... Could someone post a picture, possibly another name?

    silverside is a small fish that is used as feed for other fish. chopped up silverside is fish food.

    silversides are bait fish. basically the saltwater version of gold fish. they smell.. but saltwater fish love them.

    Everytime O open the pack of them, I am reminded about going fishing with my father.
