    I forgot to mention this (duh::)!!!) but pickling lime is seasonal(in some areas, maybe not all, but where I am it is) so it might be hard to find. I don't know anything about the O.C., but if you have a really large super-market type place, you might have better luck. The "mom and pop" shops almost never have it.

    ohhhh ok, maybe that's it. we don't really have any "mom and pop" shops around here, more like big chain grocery stores. like Albertsons, Trader Joes, and Ralphs. I really hope i can find some, wallmart is a big confusing store and have no idea where to look.
